Disclaimer: These Terms & Conditions are provided as general service guidelines. They do not waive or limit any legal rights under Virginia law. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We Old Fashion reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

1. Event Deposits & Services

 

 

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

  • If cancelled earlier than 14 days, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.

  • One reschedule is allowed with 14 days’ notice at no extra cost. Additional changes may incur a fee.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Products & Merchandise

 

 

  • Return window: Unopened, unused merchandise (cups, glassware, branded items) may be returned within 20 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom/mocktail kits, perishable items, gift cards, and services already provided.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging and free of damage.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Exchanges

 

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
