1. Event Deposits & Services

A deposit is required to secure your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
If cancelled earlier than 14 days, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
One reschedule is allowed with 14 days’ notice at no extra cost. Additional changes may incur a fee.

2. Products & Merchandise

Return window: Unopened, unused merchandise (cups, glassware, branded items) may be returned within 20 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Custom/mocktail kits, perishable items, gift cards, and services already provided.
Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging and free of damage.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
