Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We Old Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, liability for delivery rests with the carrier.

At We Old Fashion, we provide event services and ship select products (such as branded merchandise and mocktail kits). This policy explains our shipping options, costs, and responsibilities.

 

 

 

 

1. Processing & Delivery

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Local pickup is available by appointment in Fairfax, Virginia.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and method.

  • Free standard shipping may apply on qualifying orders (displayed on site when available).

  • Customers are responsible for taxes, customs duties, and import fees on international orders.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Carriers & Tracking

 

 

We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

 

 

 

4. Delays & Lost Packages

 

 

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

  • We are not responsible for delays once an item is in transit.

  • If your package is lost or severely delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Non-Shippable Items

 

 

  • We do not ship perishable mocktails or alcohol.

  • Event services (bartending/mocktails) are delivered in person only, not shipped.
