At We Old Fashion, we provide event services and ship select products (such as branded merchandise and mocktail kits). This policy explains our shipping options, costs, and responsibilities.
1. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days.

Local pickup is available by appointment in Fairfax, Virginia.
2. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and method.

Free standard shipping may apply on qualifying orders (displayed on site when available).

Customers are responsible for taxes, customs duties, and import fees on international orders.
3. Carriers & Tracking
We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for delays once an item is in transit.

5. Non-Shippable Items
